Separate
sealed tenders are invited from the reputed
firms for the following work by the Superintending Engineer, Chennai North
Circle, Tamilnadu Slum Clearance Board, No.5, Kamarajar Salai, Chennai-5 upto 3.00 P.M ( as per office wall clock) on 12.10.2007
and the received tenders will be opened at 3.05 P.M on the same day by the
Superintending Engineer, Chennai North Circle in the presence of the Tender
Scrutiny Committee and tenderers or their authorized
representative who choose to be present at that time..

The
tender schedule for the above works can be had from the office of the
Superintending Engineers, Chennai North Circle, South Circle and the Financial
Adviser, Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, No.5, Kamarajar Salai, Chennai – 600
005 on Written requisition along with cost of tender document (as mentioned in
Column 5) and the date and time as mentioned in Column 6 as above.
1.
Persons / firms should have explerience
in suplly, erection testing and commissioning /
servicing of lifts are alone eligible to participate in the tender.
2.
The tender documents are not transferable
3.
The tender should pay required Earnest Money Deposit
in proper form
along with the Tender.
4.
The rates should be quoted only in the tender
schedule supplied by the department.
5.
The Tamil Nadu Slum
Clearance Board will not take any responsibility for othe
delay / loss in transit of the enders sent by the
post.
6.
The tender received after the due date and time will
be summarily rejected.
7.
In case, the due date for tender happens to be a
holiday the tenders will be received and opened on the immediate succeediong working day without any change in the time indicate.
The
undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without
assigning any reasons thereof.
