      For and on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, Sealed tenders with the name of work and tenderer duly superscripted on cover are invited from the Registered Contractors in Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board or in any other Government Department / Undertakings by the Executive Engineer / SCB, FAP Special Division, No.36/1, North Usman Road, T. Nagar, Chennai-17 on 27.07.2007 upto    3.00 PM in the office clock for the following works.  The tenders will be opened at 3.05 PM on the same day as per the office clock by the undersigned in the presence of Tender Scrutiny Committee and the tenderers or their authorized agents who choose to be present at that time.

            Tender documents can be had from the office of the Executive Engineer / SCB, FAP Special Division, No.36/1, North Usman Road, T.Nagar, Chennai-17 and office of the Superintending Engineer, Chennai South Circle, North Circle and Finance Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer, TNSCB, No.5, Kamarajar Salai, Chennai-5 on all working days in between 11.00 AM and 3.00 PM from 20.07.2007 to 26.07.2007 on production of Demand Draft or Pay Order in favour of Executive Engineer, FAP Spl. Division, TNSCB, Chennai-17 towards the cost of tender schedule plus sales tax at 8% and S.C. at 20% on S.T.

            Tender shall be submitted only in the prescribed form supplied by the department.  Right is reserved by the undersigned to reject any or all the tenders received without any reason therefore.

 

 

 

 

Note:-

  1. The Contractors those who are requesting for issue of tender schedule should produce the copy of the registration of the contractor in appropriate class registered in Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board or in any other Government departments / Undertaking of Government of Tamil Nadu.
  2. Tenders received without EMD in the proper form and unsealed tenders will be summarily rejected.
  3. Telegraphic and conditional tender will not be accepted.

4.   Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board will not be responsible for any postal delays.

  1. If the due date for Tenders assigned happens to be a holiday the tender will be received and opened on the immediate succeeding working day without any change in the time indicated.
