Separate sealed tenders under pre-qualification system for the following works are invited from the registered contractors under class-I and above in Tamilnadu Slum Clearance Board or in any other Government departments/Govt. undertakings of Tamilnadu Government only by the Superintending Engineer, Madurai Circle,K.K.Nagar, Madurai-625 020 on    2.8.2007 upto 3.00PM and the same will be opened at 3.05PM by the Undersigned.

The tender schedule can be had from this ofice and Chennai South Circle,North Circleand the Financial Adviser of the Tamilnadu Slum Clearance Board, No.5,Kamarajar Salai, Chennai-600005 during the office working hours between 11.00AM to 3.00 on written requisition along with tender document cost.
1.  No tender schedule will be issued unless the attested copies of proof of valid registration life certificate, current IT clearance certificate TNGST registration, Sales tax clearance, Experience certificate and authenticated credentials in support of having executed a similar work under single agreement for a vaue of equivalent to 50% of the value of the said work in the past 5 years and the certificate issued by the Bank on or after 25.7.07 indicating the Cash/Bank credit equivalent to 5% of the value of work.
2.  The sealed pre-qualification tender cover received without EMD for an amount mentioned in col.4 will be summarily rejected without assigning any reason.                         3.   The intended tenderer should furnish all the details required in the pre-qualification form without any omission.  Based on the evaluation, intimation on the date and time of opening the price tender will be sent to the pre-qualified tenderers by Superintending Engineer, TNSCB.  The unopened price tender of non pre-qualified tenders will be returned along with the EMD either by post or in person.
4.  The validity of tender is 90 days from the date of opening of price tenders.                         5.   The pre-qualified tenders received without required full details and documents will not be considered for evaluation and on this no correspondence will be entertained.                         6.    Other details can be obtained from the Office of the Superintending Engineer, TNSCB, Madurai Circle during office hours.
