the Registered Contractors by the Executive
Engineer/SCB/Dn-IV/T.P.Chatram/Chennai-10 on 29-06-2007 upto
3.00 P.M. in the office clock for the following works. The tenders will be
opened at 3.05 P.M. on the same day in the presence of the tenderer
or their authorised agent who choose to be present at
that time.

Engineer, CC(N), CC(S), & FA
&CAO, SCB, Chennai-5 on all working days in between 11.00 A.M. and 3.00
P.M. from 22-06-2007 to 28-06-2007 on
production of Demand Draft or pay order in favors of Executive Engineer
Division-IV, Chennai-10 towards the cost
of tender schedule.
The E.M.D. should be remitted in the shape of Demand Draft only and the
same should be accompanied with the tender. Right is reserved by the
undersigned to reject any or all the tenders received without any reason therefor.

Clearance Board will not be responsible for any postal delays.
2. If the due date for Tenders assigned
happens to be a holiday the
tender will be received and opened on the
immediate succeeding
working day without any change in the time
indicated.
