Tender with name of work superscribed on the
covers are invited from the registered contractors under class - V and
above with a monitory limit up to Rs.6.00 Lakhs
and above in Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board
(or) any other Government Departments / Government undertakings for the following works by
the undersigned upto 3.00 pm on 23.8.07 and the same will be opened at
3.05 pm (as per office clocks) on the same day by the undersigned in
presence of the Tender Scrutiny committee members, tenderers
(or) their authorized agents who
choose to be present at that time.

The Tender Schedule for the above works can be
had from office of the Executive Engineer, Division III. Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, Vyasarpadi,
Chennai- 600 039, Superintending Engineer, Chennai North & South Circle
and Financial Adviser of Tamil Nadu Slum
Clearance Board, No.5, Kamarajar Salai, Chennai - 600 005. on written requisition along
with the cost of tender documents as
mentioned in column 6 in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of The Executive Engineer, Division - III,
Chennai - 600 039 for the period from
16.8.07 to 22.8.07 during hours between 11.00 am and
3.00 pm.
Conditions for issue of tender Documents:-
1.
Tenders without EMD in proper form
in tenderers account
as specified in the tender schedule and unsealed tenders will be summarily
rejected.
2.
Telegraph / facsimile / Telex tender and
conditional tender will not be accepted.
3.
The Tamil Nadu
Slum Clearance Board will not be responsible for any postal delay.
4.
In case, if the due date for tender
happens to be a holiday the tenders will be received and opened on the
immediate succeeding
working day without any change in the time as indicated
above.
The undersigned reserves the right to reject any
or all the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
